TZ Launches Intevia® Enterprise at DataCenter® World Spring 2008 Expo

Telezygology Inc. will be launching at AFCOM’s Data CenterWorld® 2008 Spring Expo in Las Vegas, April 1 and 2, its breakthrough platform technology. This connectivity technology from TZ is named Intevia® Enterprise and consists of communication gateways, client, database and application software, remotely-controlled sensing, monitoring, intelligent locking and fastening devices that extend the reach of traditional network and access control systems.

For the first time, networking and security management systems can reach in beyond the server room door to control server and equipment racks integrating task lighting and localized air flow, walls, equipment shelves, raised floor tiles trouble lights and local air boost fans, access and inspection panels, spare part storage and instrument/tool cabinets.

Intevia® Enterprise is an integrated management system for physical security, environmental monitoring and energy control at the component and device level that can be scaled from a single server room to global deployments that can easily be integrated into traditional network, access control and facilities management software offerings.

Joint development agreement signed with Karmann for automotive convertible top applications

TZ is pleased to announce that a Joint Development Agreement has been finalized with Karmann Technical Development, LLC.  Karmann is a leading global automotive supplier that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative products for vehicle manufacturers.  This agreement formalizes Karmann as a customer in TZ’s early adopter program.  Under the agreement, TZ and Karmann will work together exclusively to integrate Intevia® Intelligent Fastening Technology (IFT) into Karmann’s future convertible top systems.

An order for Intevia® Intelligent Fastening mechanisms for a stowage application on an aircraft has been supplied to ANZES Design Engineering.  The flight trial on a Boeing 737-300 customized business jet fitted with an Intevia®-based stowage unit has been successfully completed.

TZ and BAE Systems - Development Partners for Intevia-based Military Applications

TZ Limited has formed a joint partnership with BAE Systems to develop military applications utilizing Intevia® Intelligent Fastening Technology. The joint development agreement commits TZ and BAE Systems to develop, validate and market Intevia® technology for military applications. Several applications are under development, including secure access solutions and improved maintenance solutions for military vehicles.

Intevia Integrated into Auto and Marine Applications

It was announced today that a major automotive supplier, who has asked that their name be withheld at this time for business reasons, has signed a letter of intent with TZ Limited to apply Intevia® Intelligent Fastening Technology (IFT) to automotive interior applications. The Automotive supplier is a Tier One supplier, meaning that they sell directly to the Automotive vehicle OEMs. The automotive Tier One is one of the largest leading global automotive suppliers in the world that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative Interior and Exterior Automotive products for vehicle manufacturers and is the first automotive Tier One supplier in TZ’s Early Adopter program.

Commercial agreement signed with Precilec

Today, TZ is pleased to confirm that negotiations are finalized and an agreement has been signed with Precilec to include Intevia® technology in Precilec’s seat actuation systems. Precilec is part of The Zodiac Group, a €2.3 billion company.

Intevia® technology will be added to the Precilec SeatNet™ Advanced system. The SeatNet™ Advanced system is designed to centralize control and eliminate redundant systems within the seating environment. It also networks the seats to simplify maintenance and service through software control.
