Chris Kelliher

Mr. Kelliher joined TZ in mid 2003 to strengthen the company's management capability, provide technology direction, support its listing on the ASX and lead the Company's operations in the U.S. Together with other U.S.-based directors, Mr. Kelliher will join a U.S. board to be created as an integral part of a planned NASDAQ listing

David Feber

Mr. Feber has been with TZ since January, 2007 and acts as a consultant to the Board of Directors. Prior to his time with TZ, Mr. Feber was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Acument Global Technologies where he was closely involved in the development and marketing of TZ’s family of intelligent fasteners. Prior to Acument, Mr. Feber served as Director – Value Pricing for Textron Inc. and as Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company’s pricing and industrial marketing practices.

Dickory Rudduck

The inventor and architect behind Intelligent Fastening Technology, Mr. Rudduck provides the vision for IP and technology development for the Company. Mr. Rudduck comes from a successful 20 year career as principal and managing director of his own industrial architectural practice which was responsible for many high profile industrial developments in Sydney, Australia.

Mark Schwartz

As founder of PDT, Mr. Schwartz has led its phenomenal growth and development from startup to one of the leading design and engineering consultancies in the U.S. Prior to PDT, Mr. Schwartz had a successful senior engineering career with Motorola and was responsible for the introduction of many new production technologies and processes there. Mr. Schwartz brings strong engineering business leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit to the Company.
